We are a team of experienced osteopaths based at Central Wellness, a trusted osteopathy and integrative health clinic caring for families, professionals and athletes across Hong Kong since 2013. Our approach combines clinical expertise with personalised, evidence-based treatment tailored to each stage of life.

Based in Hong Kong, Damien is a Franco-Australian Osteopath, trained and experienced in all modalities of Osteopathy, including structural, pediatrics, cranial and biodynamic Osteopathy. Over the last 10 years, he has founded the Hong Kong Osteopathic Association (HKOA), Central Wellness, and The Neighbourhood Clinic (in Melbourne).
Damien treats general musculoskeletal complaints, such as neck and back pain, headaches, chronic conditions affecting shoulders, hip, knees and elbows, as well as asthma, period pains and colic in babies and pregnant women.
His philosophy is focused on an integrative approach to health and wellbeing, working alongside other competent practitioners to offer holistic treatments and provide the best care for the patient.
Meet Our Osteopaths
Our team consists of six internationally trained osteopaths, each with extensive clinical experience and specialist training. Together, we provide the full spectrum of osteopathic care — including classical, structural and visceral osteopathy, as well as paediatric osteopathy, women’s health osteopathy and cranial osteopathy. We also collaborate with selected integrative health professionals to support holistic, patient-centred care across both our Central and Stanley clinics.
